Maryland concert venues, independent promoters, and support professionals banded together for the first-time in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our shared goals and long-term needs include working together to re-establish our industry after the unprecedented shutdowns, gaining statewide bi-partisan understanding of the dire situation Maryland’s live entertainment industry faces, securing funding assistance to enable our businesses to remain afloat until live entertainment can resume, and preparing for the new operational requirements needed to safely reopen.
